!!!Attention eligible Wyoming voters!!!
In nearly five months, we will have three constitutional amendments on the ballot. If memory serves, a non-vote counts as against, so please, study them out and vote one way or the other. My initial reaction is to favor Amendment A, and as of the moment, I am undecided on Amendments B and C. Keep in mind, no matter how related the amendments may seem (e.g. 2004's C & D proposals) they are independent of each other. Reasoned thought-sharing is permitted.
