The well-known evangelical pastor/educator/political activist was pronounced dead around 10:40 MDT this morning.
Condolences to his family, the faculty and students of Liberty University, and the staff and membership of Thomas Rd. Baptist Church. A memorial service has been scheduled for this Friday. Commencement is still slated for this Saturday.
Flags here in Cody (and likely elsewhere) have been seen flying at half-mast, presumably for the National Peace Officers Memorial Day
