UPDATE: Vice President Cheney delivered the Oath of Office to Sen. Barrasso with Wyoming’s Senior Senator Mike Enzi standing by his side. After taking the oath, Sen. Barrasso (R-WY) was welcomed with warm applause and brief speeches from Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV).
