Billings (MT) thinks they’re “all that”

Wow!!! Billings, MT is estimated to have reached the big 100,000. If they indeed have, they would be the first city in MT to officially reach 100,000 on the population sign, and they could cover about 76 miles if they all laid on their backs head-to-toe on I-90.

So, what’s the big deal? Back in 2003, Wyoming (yes, the entire state) is estimated to have topped 500,000 in population (501,915 to be roughly exact)*, keeping us as the least-populated state in the union. WY is currently estimated at 509,294*.
