The heavens declare the glory of God

Do you ever wonder how small the Earth is? I know it looks pretty big driving along the highway (especialy central Wyoming) or even flying in an airplane, but how about looking at it from 10,000,000 lightyears away? Even 10,000,000 km doesn’t make Earth that big. On a clear night outside of Cody, take a look at the sky and wonder at the number of stars you aren’t seeing (though you are seeing many).

Take a look at Molecular Expressions’ java applet to see, not only how small Earth is, but also how detailed God was in the six days of creation (probably not the intent of the site contributors). Also be sure to read the page; there is some interesting, non-evolutionary info below the applet! I can’t help myself, so I’ll give it away:

Earth = 12.76 x 10+6 = 12,760,000 meters wide
(12.76 million meters)

Plant Cell = 12.76 x 10-6 = 0.00001276 meters wide
(12.76 millionths of a meter)

And people want to believe this all happened by chance?
